Summary
As a German Language Instructor for Adults, you hold a pivotal role in ensuring that our students receive the highest quality language education, both in the classroom and beyond. You report directly to the Head of Language Instruction and play a critical role in the implementation of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you are expected to provide comprehensive and engaging German language instruction to our adult learners. Your responsibilities encompass creating an effective and immersive learning environment, where students can develop strong language skills in speaking, reading, and writing in German.
Key Skills
Language Proficiency: Mastery of the German language with native or near-native fluency.
Teaching Expertise: Ability to structure lessons, employ diverse teaching methods, and explain complex language concepts effectively.
Cultural Competence: Understanding of German culture and its impact on language use.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging students and providing feedback.
